General Policies:

Purchase orders:

Gaging.com accepts purchase orders from all local state and federal agencies along with any person or business that has an account in good standing.  Contact us for more information.

Without an account, merchandise must be paid for by credit card (online or by telephone), in advance by check or wire transfer.

Payment terms (accounts only):

Our payment terms are "Net 30 Days" or credit card for qualified customers.  We really appreciate your business and in order to make certain that we can serve you successfully,  we base our working capital requirements on being paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Price changes:

Orders are accepted only on the basis that they will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of shipment.  We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without notice.

Shipping:

Shipping charges are indicated at the time of checkout.  Contact us for a shipping quotation on any item not available for online purchase.  International shipping charges are available by quotation.  We will be happy to ship freight collect, simply provide us with your DHL, UPS or FedEx account number. 

All Shipments are F.O.B. Origin

Warranty:

All items sold by Gaging.com are covered by the manufacturer's original guarantee; which is usually a 1, 3 or 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects and poor workmanship.  Fowler now offers a lifetime warranty on certain Sylvac items.

Returns/Missing Items:

All items sold by Gaging.com include our 7-day money-back guarantee.  Items must be returned freight prepaid in A-1 restocking condition.  This does not apply to non-stock or special order/custom products.  Any shortages/missing items must be reported within 1 week.

Before returning any item, please contact Gaging.com by phone or email to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number and shipping information.

The return of items outside of our 7-day guarantee are on a case by case basis and generally will be subject to a restocking fee.  Items must be in A-1 resalable condition with their original packaging or they cannot be accepted.

Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid. Items will not be accepted if they are clearly misused, abused or altered in any way.

For International Order returns/repairs we will not be respsonsible for International Shipping Charges or Duties even under warranty conditions.

Privacy:

Gaging.com pledges to keep all personal information (name, address, phone number, email, credit card information, etc.) strictly confidential.  We will never sell or provide this information to any individuals or third party members.
