Meyer Gage Pin Gages

Meyer Gage Pin Gages

Meyer Gage started making the original ZZ back in 1965. They now have taken the extra step for the better pin gage, Class Z. Introducing the MEYER Z. A closer tolerance (.0001), more accurate and better for your needs.

Common Uses:

  • Checking of Hole locations
  • Measuring hole sizes and depth
  • GO - NO/GO gaging
  • Checking Mic's and Calipers
  • Hole to Hole Distance

Pin gages are used similarly to a plug gage in that they can accurately size a hole in a “go” or “no go” manner. Sold in a set or individually (minimum order requirement applies), pin gages are generally sold in .001”, .0005”, .0001” increments and have a class X, Z, or ZZ tolerance. Furthermore, pin gauges are produced with a unilateral tolerance with deviation in one direction, either plus or minus. i.e. (+.0001, -.0000) or (+.0000, -.0002)
