The Barcor Rivet Gage measures the heights or depths of rivet and screw heads and the flushness of welds direct to .0005" (inch, dial) .01mm (metric, dial) or .0001"/.005mm (electronic)

This gage will enable you to easily maintain the Military Specification of riveting standards of + .005"/-.000" for flushness. Useful whenever flushness, smoothness, and non-interference must be monitored.

The Barcor Rivet Gage's three-legged base sits solid on any surface, flat or curved. On curved surfaces, zero is set at a point immediately next to the point to be measured. Then contact tip is then slid onto the fastener or weld neutralizing the effects of the curvature.
